1.) How is BLASTMeeting™ different from other video conferencing platforms?

BLASTMeeting™ is a browser-based system that allows for a HIGHLY BRANDED user experience. Unlike most other video conferencing and webinar platforms available, BLASTMeeting™ allows for a more seamless user experience, as well as a more controlled way to bring meeting participants into and out of meetings. Waiting rooms and exit pages guide conference participants in a curated experience.

2.) IS MY BLASTMeeting™ TRIAL REALLY FREE?

YES! BLASTMeeting™ is completely free for a full 10 days. If you cancel before the 11th day, you will not receive any charges to your account. But we think you’ll love it!

3.) How does Monthly vs. ANNUAL billing work?

BLASTMeeting™ billing is like many other subscriptions services, wherein the longer the commitment, the cheaper the per-month price. Annual accounts are billed once a year on an annual renewal date. Monthly accounts are billed at a slightly higher rate each and every month.

4.) What is the difference between THE STARTER, pro & Enterprise plans?

BLASTMeeting™ offers 3 plan tiers to choose from:
Starter is the most basic. With the Starter plan, you gain access to much of the functionality within BLASTMeeting™, but you don’t get custom branding or the recording features within the platform.
Pro is the next level up, and the most popular due to its features-for-the-price. In addition to everything that comes with the Starter plan, you get custom branding and access to recordings.
Enterprise plans offer full access to our platform, including an advance API that developers can use for deeper integration into proprietary apps or platforms. Please understand that this is for advanced organizations with programers and code-savvy employees. Advanced support for our API is NOT part of any BLASTMeeting™ plan. Enterprise accounts offer immediate and unlimited brand changes. The Pro level account allows for unlimited changes, but usually take up to a day to implement on the backend and comes at a nominal charge. 5.) WHY DO I GET SENT TO LOGIN.VIDEO WHEN I LAUNCH BLASTMEETING™?

BLASTMeeting™ PRO and ENTERPRISE is created around YOUR brand, not ours. Our goal is to have a simple, easy-to-use platform that any business, group or organization can easily employ and integrate into their own web presence without a lot of hassle. Therefore, we host our actual conferencing and webinar platform at a generic URL that doesn’t “muddy-the-waters” so to speak with our users’ brands.
Your account is managed at BlastMeeting.com, and you can access exclusive content at BlastMeeting.com, but our actual video conferencing and webinar platform lives at Login.Video to keep a low profile.

6.) WHY DO I HAVE 2 SEPERATE PASSWORDS FOR BlastMeeting.com and LOGIN.VIDEO?

The short answer is “SECURITY”. We built BLASTMeeting™ around the idea that organizations would have a central account “owner” that can login at BlastMeeting.com and manage their payments, update the branding, etc, but may want to share login information to the actual conferencing platform with other employees or organization members. For that reason, we felt it important to build a firewall between BlastMeeting.com and Video.Login, the two URLs that together make up BLASTMeeting™. This way, “Joe” the owner of “XYZ LLC.” can sign up for an account at BlastMeeting.com, and set a password for his employees to share at Secure.Login.Video, where they can use the common “virtual conference room”, as we like to think of it. Of course employees can have their own accounts too within the same BlastMeeting account, and conversely, single operators can set the same login and password at BlastMeeting.com and Secure.Login.Video

7.) I really want to share BLASTLab+ content with my employees, but i can’t give them access to my account at BlastMeeting.com? How do I share that but still keep my acount information private?

We TOTALLY understand! BLASTLab™ is the unsung hero of BLASTMeeting™. We pack our BLASTLab+™ page full of exclusive one-on-one conversations with thought leaders from the design, marketing and branding space, as well as share some really unique how-to videos and articles that advanced BLASTMeeting™ users employ in their own organizations to enhance their brands and build valuable connections. Currently we don’t have a separate login system that can be granted to just the BLASTLab+™ area, but almost all of the individual content accessed through the BLASTLab+™ page IS INDEED shareable without a paid subscription, just not accessible on the BLASTLab+™ page itself. Think of the BLASTLab+™ page as your detailed roadmap, showing you best how to navigate and utilize the content. If you want to give your employees, or others in your organization access to the BLASTLab+™ page, our recommendation is to sign up individuals within your organization with at least a “Starter” account of their very own.

Keep in mind that we also have a separate BLASTLab™ YouTube channel and Facebook page that displays much of the content on the BLASTLab+™ page. This is the best free way to access, browse and share BLASTLab™ content. The BLASTLab+™ page is simply a perk of membership where you get an easy to navigate curated listing of our very best content. And we may occasionally throw in some exclusive content that is only available through the BLASTLab+™ page, but the overwhelming majority of content you will want to share is indeed sharable with anyone within your organization through direct video links or the BLASTLab™ YouTube channel.

We believe this premium content will likely help you create stronger branding for your organization, help you meet new people within your organizational space, create new valuable industry contacts, gain new clients, customers and patients, and ultimately increase business revenue and real organizational growth. We feel that because of this, access to the BLASTLab™+ page comes with a premium price tag; the price of BLASTMeeting™ membership. The BLASTLab™+ page is included with ALL BLASTMeeting™ membership tiers, and can be accessed and shared among paid BLASTMeeting™ members. But again, most of the content contained within the BLASTLab™+ page is sharable with anyone, and we encourage you to do so!
